By accessing or using Caku AI services powered by the Nano Banana model at caku.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Caku AI provides artificial intelligence-powered content generation and creative tools built on the Nano Banana model. Our Service includes various AI models and features designed to assist with content creation, image generation, and other creative tasks.

Prohibition of NSFW and Adult Content

Caku AI strictly prohibits the generation, upload, distribution, or solicitation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind through the Service. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all users, regardless of plan or jurisdiction. Specifically, you must NOT use the Service to create, request, store, or share:

  • Sexually explicit imagery, nudity, or pornographic content
  • Any sexual or suggestive content depicting, referencing, or implying minors (CSAM) — such content is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real persons, or sexualized depictions of identifiable individuals
  • Content that sexualizes violence, abuse, or exploitation
  • Prompts, descriptions, captions, or metadata designed to elicit, bypass filters for, or otherwise produce any of the above

We employ automated and human-reviewed content moderation to detect prohibited prompts and outputs. Submissions flagged or denied by our moderation systems will be blocked, and we reserve the right — without prior notice — to suspend or permanently terminate accounts, withhold refunds, retain related logs for compliance and audit purposes, and report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, and other relevant authorities. Use of the Service constitutes your agreement to comply with this NSFW prohibition.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your use of the Service.
